Quote requests may include your name, company, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, service selection, pickup and delivery information, material or container details, and notes about the job. We use that information to evaluate and respond to the request.

Quote assistant

The assistant uses your messages to understand a Nevada transport request. After you provide contact details and consent, we save your conversation and estimate for designated staff to review. A managed language-understanding service may process the messages; prices are calculated separately from our active rate card. We do not use chat details as marketing consent. Address verification

We use a managed geocoding service to check pickup, delivery, placement, and related addresses for a quote request. This helps verify that the locations are in Nevada and supports Nevada-only service.

Career applications and resumes

Career application details and resumes are used to evaluate an application and communicate with the applicant. Resumes are kept private, are available only to designated staff, and are not posted publicly. A submitted resume is added to the private hiring record available to designated staff.

Service providers and retention

We use service providers that support our website, address verification, request management, and email delivery. We retain information as needed for operations, records, security, and legal obligations.
